Delivered un 3 parts ready for baking just after piling them up

The COMPACT series ovens are ready to use stone ovens with baking areas from 2,6 m² (compact 40) up to 4,25 m² (compact 60). The E version consists in independant decks heated by electricty and the T version consists in cyclothermic heating withIls existent soit en version E, fours électriques avec étages indépendants, soit en version T, fours recyclages à mazout ou à gaz avec une température de cuisson pour tout le four.

Five decks to save room space
An integrated elevator loader totally removable in order to free the area in front of the oven
The loader has its own storing place at the top of the highest deck, protected from dust and steam
Rocking hardened glass are easily cleanable. No dismantling is required
Halogen lightening for a better vision
Each ovens is assembled and pass a full quality control before packing and delivery
